I chased some storms southeast of Denver to an area I hadn’t been before- Kiowa. I was chasing cells all over the place and on the way back there was one last cell that started kicking off some lightning. I pulled off the side of the road and got this lightning with the sunset backdrop just before the storm died out. This shot was featured on Fox31 News in Denver after I shot it.
