Sunset on San Francisco Bay
Sunset on San Francisco Bay
When I first started in photography the aspect that I struggled with the most was having the confidence in myself to consider myself a professional photographer and turn my passion into a business. In 2018, I attended a Tony Robbins seminar in San Jose, CA. He had a day off of speaking and instead of attending the seminar, I decided to head up the coast to shoot nature instead. After a trip through Big Sur and Monterey Bay, I rushed up to San Francisco to try to catch a sunset at a spot I found online. I rushed through a forest down to the ocean and took some snaps of the San Francisco bay and the waves crashing on the beach in front of me. I will never forget snapping this shot, looking down at the camera, and back up again and my life changed in that instant. I finally saw in myself that which I needed all along… self confidence in my shooting capabilities and knowledge and the ability to change the world around me through my vision of the world.
