In February of 2024, I did a quick 4 day trip to southern Utah and northern Arizona. After failing to get my first Angels Landing permit, I landed one on the final day and headed out at sunrise to hike it before heading back to Colorado. On the way into Zion National Park I stopped at the entrance when I saw the sunrise starting to explode. I shot here for a few minutes as deer started wandering around in the brush in front of me and this scene reminded me about the beauty in Zion and why I love this park so much.
