I headed out east of Denver on a chase and finally ended up parallel with the cell that I had been chasing for about an hour. This was the first time I thought I actually had the chance to watch a tornado touch down so I watched the tail of this cell intently. I pulled off the highway to take this shot before I headed out another hour and watched this entire cell unfold right before my eyes. I talked to some spectators a few hours later and this cell supposedly did touch down, unfortunately it was much further away from me by the time that happened.
