In the fall of 2023 I committed myself to attempting to shoot the fall for at least one day to capture some great fall photos. I loaded up in the truck and spent 11 hours driving this day in order to get a fall collection this year. As I got further into the woods I came across this collection of ferns in the forest. I loved the way the sun was cutting through the forest and illuminating the leaves of the ferns. I lined this shot up to take advantage of the sunburst shining through the aspens onto the leaves of this fern.
