When we got down to Nugget Point we walked along the coastline and I was enamored with how beautiful the coast of the south island of New Zealand was. The water had beautiful turquoise blues up near the shoreline that were coupled with deep royal blues off in the distance. The waves were vicious on the south island but it lent itself to a strange peacefulness as well. I loved seeing the rocks here fall off into the ocean in the distance as the horizon line seemed like it went on for eternity.
